I bought my teenager daughter her first car here and was lied to.... This car had been wrecked and did not show up on carfax. Needless to say they bought it back.... But they was rude to me and treated me horrible and with disrespect and i am a dsabled person. I will never ever go back there again... Then the owner then talked horrible about me to other people in Olathe whom own businesses and it got back to me.... I pray that they do not treat anyone else like they treated me....It is not right.....I feel that since i am a woman and disabled that they thought they could take advantage of me...

I bought a car from here in 2005. I will never ever buy another car from Olathe Ford. I was lied to and overpaid for what I bought. The extended warranty I bought that was supposed to be bumper to bumper turned out to be only for the drive train. So when you lie to your customers and you over sell them and then do not promise to live up to what you sold them then you'll never have my business again. As my wife and I both need new cars we will be taking our business elsewhere and I have also encouraged my friends and family to avoid Olathe Ford. Until they are honest and can provide a fair price and a fair value Ford will continue to decline.

We've had our vehicles serviced at Olathe Ford for years and always had good service. One of the things I appreciate is being able to drop my truck off when they are closed and to pick it up in the evening as long as the sales department is open. PROS: Their people CONS: No Sunday hours
